  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your user ID from WorkOS Authentication. Your email and other credentials are handled by WorkOS and not stored by us. We only store anonymized user IDs provided by WorkOS.
  • Uploaded Files: We temporarily store the audio files you upload for processing. These files may contain voice recordings and other audio data.
  • Payment Information: When you make a purchase, payment details are processed by our payment processor. We do not store any payment information on our servers. Paddle.com is our payment processor and handles all payment information.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We may collect information about how you use the Service, such as the date and time of your uploads, processing time used, and file sizes.
  • Technical Data: We may collect technical information about your device and browser, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system. This is handled by standard PHP server configurations and is not explicitly collected by our code.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our service uses only essential cookies necessary for the website to function properly and maintain your session. We do not use any tracking or marketing cookies. The essential cookies we use are:

  • Session cookies to maintain your logged-in state
  • Security cookies to protect against unauthorized access

Additionally, we track the usage website with anonymized service Plausible.com. You can read more about Plausible.com's privacy policy here. This is fully compliant with GDPR and CCPA. This is fully anonymous and does not track you across other websites.

  • With Third-Party Service Providers: We share your audio files with ElevenLabs for processing. We do not share your identity with ElevenLabs, only the audio file. ElevenLabs acts as a sub-processor of your data.
  • With Payment Processors: All the payment information is handled by Paddle.com. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • Other Reasons: We do not share your information with other third parties then described above. We do not sell your information to third parties and we stand by our promise to protect your privacy.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from those in your country. Specifically, our servers may be located in the European Union, United States, or other countries and our third-party service providers (including ElevenLabs) may be located in other countries as well. Data Retention

  • Uploaded audio files are stored temporarily in PHP's temporary upload directory and are deleted immediately after processing.
  • Processed audio files are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted after 15 minutes.
  • Account information (your user ID) is retained as long as your account is active.
  • Usage data is retained for up to 12 months to support our legitimate business purposes.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include:

  • Secure server-side authentication and authorization.
  • Time-limited access to processed files via secure tokens.
  • Automatic deletion of files after processing and a short retention period.
  • Regular security assessments and updates to our systems.
